Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Please note: Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
Simply reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our friendly team will guide you step by step.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Just send us a quick email with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll take care of it—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’d like to swap an item, the best way is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you want.
